Allow event registration fees to have a revenue catgegory added.

Currently event registration fee transactions cannot have a revenue category added. We use the revenue category to code our payments to match our finance system and a NULL value is not useful for our GL function. We have a number of event registration types that require differentiation by this field.

allow revenue category to be entered on event registration payments like normal payments Merged

allow revenue category to be entered on event registration payments like normal payments so that GL distributions can be calculated based on revenue category if it is a part of the account structure
