Each user/manager works a bit differently and having the ability to see the my fundraiser tabs such as "Completed Steps", "Pending Steps",  "Planned Steps" using a date range specific to the need is much more user friendly than just past 7 days or past 30 days.  Having this ability would negate the need for a query/report to be built when in comes time for performance reviews or discussions.  Users could go to my fundraiser page and see where they are in real time.
