Allow fundraiser who have been end dated to not receive warnings for overdue plan steps My Fundraiser Page

This is useful because fundraiser who has been end dated on a plan step should not receive any warning on their My Fundraiser Page for the overdue step since they are not part of the plan anymore.

    Please advise workflow being used as we would expect that any steps assigned to the outgoing Fundraiser would be reassigned.
