Manage Attributes

Attributes do not currently follow BCRM business rules. They are not site specific, not controlled by security nor can they be made inactive. This lack of ability to manage them makes then a dangerous tool for our associates.

There should also be a SDK Spec. Cross system deploy right now relies on an SQL script which adds a second step for catalog deployment.
