Wealth & Rating mark historical

In Wealth & Ratings it is possible to mark a real estate entry as historical. It would be nice if Mark Historical was available in other section in Wealth & Rating (i.e: Income)

      This feature is available for real estate now. Can it be expanded to Businesses and Securities?
