Have the ability to move funding requests from one funding plan to another

We would like the ability to move a funding request with completed steps from one funding plan to another.  It is a lot of work to manually move these steps if they we would like to move the plan.

    Current process requires significant manual intervention that is burdensome to users. Agree that functionality is highly desired.

    Agreed that this would be incredibly beneficial. As it is currently structured, it is very time-intensive to have to manually move the funding requests (and associate steps) from one funding plan to another.
