Add functionality to the Prospect Manager node in export definitions to filter on active prospect managers.
Currently export definitions do not have a filter on the Prospect Manager node to filter prospect managers that have been end-dated. Though this can be accomplished in Ad-Hoc query, it would be helpful to have the filter on the export definition itself similar to the constituencies node.
