Enable ETL parallelism for custom packages

When deploying the data warehouse, there is an option for "Max ETL Parallelism" that allows more than one SSIS package to run at a time, depending on your resources.  This only works for the Blackbaud provided packages, and is not in effect for custom packages.  I would like to see this functionality extended for custom built SSIS packages.

    Great to have! Definitely see a benefit to having this functionality available for extended packages.
