A recurring issue with the ETL jobs that populate the BBDW is reliability, when interference from other system activities either prevent the ETL from running in a timely manner or completing. Examples of interference can include:

1.Locking issues as a result of other business processes.

2. Consistency issues due to data changes from another process while an ETL job in in progress. 

Ask: A way to reliably run ETL and business processes concurrently, and prevent conflict, so you can have confidence when come in in the morning that ETL completed.
