We often need to convert records which are members of Acquisition Lists into Constituent records, when they've not made a payment, e.g., if they ask us to never contact them again, in which case we need a record so that we can exclude them in future, or if they give us invalid payment details and hence are rejected from the payment batch.

After much digging we found a DataAddForm called 'Acquisition List Member Add Form', which solves the problem when we have the finder number, but ...

1. Please provide a version of the form which allows us to search for the person by name if we don't have their finder number.  BB Support have advised us that there is currently no way to convert an Acquisition List member to a Constituent record without their Finder Number.

Also, some 'nice to have' features - not vital, but would improve this area of functionality:

2. Please make this form visible in BBCRM, e.g., on a Marketing Effort, so that organisations don't have to dig so hard to find out about it, and then use Page Designer to get to it.  We added it to a Data List of Acquisition Lists, as an action on an Acquisition List.

3. Make the form give some visible sign that it has succeeded - it is just silent.  Preferably make it display the Constituent Record, or allow it to return something which allows us to open the Constituent record after conversion, using Page Designer.  We currently have to go and search for the record (or we display it on another Data List of recently created records).

4. It'd be nice if we didn't have to specify the Acquisition List (which we do in Page Designer as a context field) but rather the form or a version of it could just search for the Finder Number across various Acquisition Lists.
