After the Full Constituent Duplicate Search Process produces a report called "Duplicate Search Report". This report is sorted on the the Individual's Last Name / Org Name.

The same process is used to run the Bulk Merge Process Service. When previewing the merge list (under" Preview Merge" tab) the list is sorted by the Individual's First Name / Org Name.

This creates no way to efficiently compare the Duplicate Search Report and Bulk Merge Preview. Sorting them the same way would allow for more efficient comparisons when deciding which constituents you would like to merge / not merge in the Bulk Merge Process.
