Change the manner in which "flag prospect" can be viewed by end-users
By changing this, it will allow all end-users to see if a prospect has been flagged. Currently, the only individual that can see if a prospect has been flagged is the individual who flagged the prospect.

Currently only the user who has flagged the Prospect can see their flag - this is to allow other users to also flag the constituent for a separate reason. To see whether a record has been flagged and by whom, Query can be utilized. For example, Query could filter on "Flagged By" is not blank and include the Flagged By data as a result to display, along with any other pertinent data. This could be used as the basis of a notification popup or data list that can be made available on the constituent record.
