When a constituent is configured as a volunteer, you can now add traits to that constituent. A constituent trait is something that often if not always pertains to the constituent as a person not necessarily just as a volunteer. Traits and especially skills and special needs would be valuable to have available as additional information to add to any constituent not just volunteer constituents.
