correct an error in the Ask Ladder node.
When using the high level "Ask Ladder" source view node there is an error thrown when querying for "Entry Amount". This makes it difficult to get a list of Ask Ladders with the name(s) of the "Entry Amounts" each one uses. See attached screenshot.
