The current duplicate match weightage is calculated automatically and puts more emphasis on name and address but with the changing landscape of online donations a lot of donations are done where addresses are not captured and this skews the matching weightage and makes duplicate matching harder to manage. It would be good to allow the users the option to select how they would want to weigh the match percentages based on the different criteria.

An overall review of the constituent duplicate and merge process is required as well.
