Due to the 60-day password expiry on SFTP accounts, we have to update out integration scripts multiple times a year. The CRM support team has to refresh the password, then log a request to our integration team, which slows implementation and consumes time that could be spent on other tasks. Key-based authentication is as (if not more) secure and would remove the requirement for regular script updates.
