Allow the renaming of a Smart Field; tell us which queries etc. use a Smart Field

When we try to rename a Smart Field, we are told 'Data could not be saved. Cannot modify the name value. An adhoc query uses one or more of the smart field values as a filter or output field.'

 

Please allow the renaming of the Smart Field even if it is in use.

 

Please also provide a tool to allow us to know which queries or other objects use a given Smart Field.

      This would be extremely helpful. It is frustrating to not be able to rename a smart field. This comes up quite a lot.

      It would also be nice to be able to  hide smart fields that are no longer in use or are not accurate.  It's very difficult to try to remove the smart field from everywhere it's used in order to delete it.
