Add Memberships to the Deceasing Options page when marking a constituent deceased

Memberships may include spouse or other household members. When the primary member is marked deceased, it causes downstream issues with Membership Renewal Efforts since they only consider the deceased state of the primary member during exclusion calculations. This results in lost opportunities for renewals since the surviving members are not included in the effort.

Having the option presented at the time of marking the record deceased to transfer the primary membership status to surviving household members will assist users with data hygiene and reduce the chance of records existing in this state.

    I asked Blackbaud Support about something similar today. It would be nice to automatically be prompted. I was also interested in being able to select one or a few memberships to transfer, as some memberships only apply to the individual who is deceased, not the couple or the spouse.
