Many of our colleagues, who access our BBCRM instance, have to have a constituent. This is for the system constituencies of Staff, Fundraiser and Volunteer. Oh and it links to the org hierarchy. It is really hard to set up and maintain users with out easy access to the constituent data. Blocking user experience.
