Add a field for tribute information in the batch validation report

Add a field for tribute information in the batch validation report. Currently there is no way to validate the tribute is linked correctly before committing batch without clicking into every line item of the batch.

    Please also consider adding tribute as a batch field so that it can be added into a batch template default and not manually added each time.
