Currently, with Constituent data hygiene >> Correct capitalization in name and address fields enabled, conjunctions are automatically capitalized. Users must manually edit words such as "and" to set them to lowercase. While this is a low impact on manual data entry, bulk records coming from batch can require much more time to correct.
