Also to add - we need the ability to remove buttons or options from the Omnibar. Most pressing is to remove 'Run As' from the Omnibar. As it stands, we are hamstrung with our ability to track use of this feature and Blackbaud CRM does not provide any functionality to track use of it. It also deepens the problem by tracking all impersonated activity as coming from the impersonated user. Given that Blackbaud is not addressing this security and compliance loophole in tracking user impersonation, we need to build our own custom method to log use of this feature, but having the feature in the Omnibar means we can't from within the CRM product.

The ability to add some limited CSS/HTML would be fantastic as well (thinking adding Intercomm so faculty/parents/students can reach out tech team easier).

In addition, for our needs we would need the to customize the Omnibar as from shown within an implementation - for example, the logo and color scheme we use for CRM would be different than that used in FENXT.

Seeking the ability to style Omnibar color, logo and application name within the burger menu (we refer to CRM by a different name) as well as the ability to suppress certain buttons within the CRM Omnibar - such as calendar.
