We use MS Entra for our SSO for BBID logins and currently there is no ability to change the email address in BBID or CRM for users when they change names (e.g. when they get married).

The only options currently are to re-create their BBID and BBCRM user accounts using their new email address, losing various connection within CRM, or a process the involves disabling the SSO entirely, which feels excessive just for a single email address.

An option for admins to amend the email address for users should be available, both in CRM and/or BBID, ideally with the option to cascade that change through to the other system. That way, when the SSO passes the updated email address through to BBID, it identifies the correct user account and the user maintains their account and settings.
