Add additional application handling and/or error generation for business processes that encounter server/network errors (see text for error)

We were unable to Download any BBIS web transactions but did not receive an outright failure which would have helped in trouble shooting. BB dug into the logs and found error message: “request failed with an empty response”. This error message gave enough information to correct the issue. We are requesting additional application handling and/or error generation when server/network issues are encountered.

    We have just had an issue whereby various Business Processes started silently failing. They would complete, having processed 0 records, when there were actually records to process. After a lot of digging, and recreating apparently corrupted processes, it turned out (we think) that the user account which owned the processes, was made inactive and had its admin permissions removed, and that this caused the processes to fail. However, they should have generated errors, not silently failed.
