When an indiividual and spouse are on a household account and the spouse is differentiated by title only (eg Mrs. Ralph Travis), the title is not displayed as part of the contituent name so you are unable to differentiate. This is an issue on the Constituent screen in the Constituent NAme at the top, in the Members tab of the Household screen and in the Previous Household Members screen.
