Add confidential indicator to the email addresses

In 2.8 the confidential indicator was added to address and phone which is displayed in the data list and top of the screen. However, we also need to be able to do this with the email addresses and when we query we need to be able to exclude them as well.

    May I also suggest a "Do Not Email Reason" too?
