Add a "Reason Code" drop down to Email addresses.

Similar to address and phone "Do Not Contact" reason, I suggest that the same functionality be added to Emails.

    I already voted for this but we did this with a relatively simple customization (which, I should say, doesn't let blackbaud off the hook for not doing it on eamils for consistency)
