Currently to modify the receipt letter template in "Receipts" the user must be granted access to edit the receipt process. I propose creating a process to allow the modification of the receipt letters without actually being able to edit the receipt process. This would be similar to the Marketing Acknowledgment process. In Marketing Acknowledgemnt, an admin can set up the acknowledgmeent process. Another user can modify the lettters in a separate area but not change the actually acknowledgment process. This is to avoid the user from accidentally making changes to the receipt process, but still being able to change the text of the letter each month.
