Currently, there isn't a way to do this, but it would be useful to add this functionality in case the organization would like to also send a confirmation email to the subscriber's email immediately after they have subscribed. -

If you change an application on the edit payment form you have the option of removing the application completely from the transaction. If you use a revenue update batch the new application is added but a zero dollar application remains.0
