Allow custom gender options in Signup and Profile Update forms

Right now in BBIS there are only 3 gender options; male, female, and unknown. In a previous service pack additional options were made available, but for CRM only. We would like the same ability to customize in BBIS. Ideally, the 'unknown' option could be renamed to 'other', and when selected a code table attribute would appear as a dropdown with other options that we could customize.

At my institution, we very much agree. The "unknown" gender could be considered offensive to our transgendered alumni.
