Before I started working with Blackbaud/BBIS, I did a lot of custom WordPress development. I was introduced to the Beaver Builder plugin/theme as a way to easily build/manage webpages/templates (https://www.wpbeaverbuilder.com/). Even web designers, who had never developed a website, were able to get up and running quickly. This would allow for more uniform sections of the website. Everyone would benefit from it, but especially developers because it would allow them more time to do custom work instead of simple website updates.
