Improve the editor for BBIS & BBDM emails to handle HTML from external providers

I am aware that improvements to the email editor are on the BBIS road map, but I would like to check that when this happens, it is able to accept HTML that has been created by external stakeholders in other HTML editors, such as MailChimp & DotMailer, without breaking.

Currently, even when pasting the HTML in via notepad to remove the metadata, the formatting behaves erratically & we often have to fiddle about with the HTML for ages to get it to work- sometimes we even have to re-build the email from scratch & paste the content back in manually. Our end users are becoming disheartened & it's hard to persuade them to use the BB editors.

I agree. I would like to know where the system is with allowing unscrubbed tags to be implemented. It is very disheartening to offer clients in multiple email service providers service unless they have Blackbaud or are using Luminate.

We want to offer our clients the same level of service that their competitors have that are using ESP's like Mailchimp, aWeber, Personify, Hubspot, Salesforce, Smartsheet etc.

This is one of the very few that we are unable to create anything dynamic or engaging within.
