We would like to see employer and job title as fields on the BBIS registration form that come into the batch the same way as for sign-ups and profile updates.

We are currently collecting employer and job title as part of event registrations as registrant attributes as a workaround and create relationships manually as part of batch processing. We process over 10,000 registrations per year and a large proportion include employment information - this is extremely time consuming, but we require this information for name tags and for prospect research. There is also no import/update batch functionality that would enable us to match and upload exported attribute information.
