Can you elaborate on your question? I'm not quite sure what you're asking.
Hi Samantha - Because we've had multiple issues with incomplete integration between the CRM events module and the BBIS event registration - for example, when setting up an event registration in BBIS, we are not able to connect to the event appeal in CRM - I am wondering how thoroughly integrated this update will be between BBIS and BBCRM? Does that make sense?

Sorry for the late response on this. The new form will have better integration than the old one, including with appeals and campaigns. Look for more information coming out about in upcoming BBIS roadmap sessions and blog posts.
This idea has been shipped with the new Event Registration Form in SP11, available December 19 2016.
