Add the ability to include Class Year on the new SP11 Event Registration Form

Class year is significant data to match on for Higher Eds as we have legacy alumni going back many years. We need this field to be an option on the form.

This would work for a single event, but wouldn't (I don't think) multilevel. We would have to add the option to each subevent since we wouldn't know which subevent(s) they might register for.

FYI: There is another idea similar to this. It's BBIS-I-45.

We do this with an Event Registrant Attribute. You could probably also do it with Event PReferences, now that those are supported.
