remove 'planned' as an option for a plan's status
Because of the way 'My Fundraiser Page' is set up when a planned step is added to a prospect's plan it does not show up in the most frequently used tab 'Pending steps'. Additionally, planned steps on a prospect's plan do not show up on the constituent's Interaction page. We would either like to be able to adjust the plan's status code table in-house or for you to remove the Planned status altogether.

If I could vote 100 times to remove this, I would. It makes little sense, and even though we have trained and trained to start with pending, it hasn't always sunk in.

Planned steps don't show up in activity reports so often get overlooked. Pending is a much label and users won't make the mistake of picking planned instead.

Agreed, I would've expected the planned steps to automatically become pending x days prior to due date or be able to do this via global change. If the planned steps don't pop-up somewhere they are pretty useless.
