When adding an unplanned contact report and saving it. It then goes to the "Completed Steps" grid on the Prospect Plan. However, this is not a completed step at all. It is merely an unplanned contact report on an existing step. There should be some way to add these without them being added to the "Completed Steps" grid. It makes the "Completed Steps" grid untrue since the step where it exists is not completed.
