add a tab to the Recognition | Ideas for Blackbaud CRM and BBIS

add a tab to the Recognition Program page to show all active members

It would be extremely helpful if there was a tab on each Recognition Program that showed all active members of the Program (similiar to the way a group page functions). This way, you could check, at quick glance, your Recognition Program members instead of having to build a query.
