When adding a Recognition Program to a Constituent, the dropdown for the Recognition Levels is sorting alphabetically by name instead of by tier. We would like to see this dropdown sorted by tier so users that might be unfamiliar with the program can easily see the correct order of the levels. Also, in the preferences section on the same "Add a constituent recogntion" form, the sorting there for the levels is based on the order in which you added the levels. Would like this sorted by tiers as well.
