Add e-receipt to all online gifts

Currently you can e-receipt only if you use the donation form. Please add e-receipting to Payment 2.0 and the Advanced Donation Form.

    This is still planned but we are still researching this as it is a large piece of work. We have no release date scheduled for this feature at present.

    To me, it is crazy that you would even let the ADF go public without having eReceipting in place. This was a massive  core-flaw.

    We have the same issue Samantha. We would like to be able to have the Payment 2.0 form allocate a receipt number so that our membership payments are marked as Receipted when downloaded into BBCRM.
