prevent fully qualified date time fields from being exported from an ad-hoc query when exporting as an xslx file

We've just went live in Production with CRM v4.0 this Monday. We are seeing that when we export to excel using the button within the query designer, all of the dates are coming over with a date and time. Whereas, when we export to CSV they do not. We would like query to behave the same for both types.

Workaround: Use excel to change the format of the date columns
