Dynamic dates (start, end, expected) for global changes
Interaction global changes are very useful for setting up reminders for managers when gifts come in. BUT the expected date needs to be changed every day! If there were an option to set to "today," this would be great!
Here at UCSD, this is something we absolutely need to have. We have started down the path of potentially prioritizing customizing this, but it seems like something that would benefit all CRM clients.

It would also be helpful if there could be an offset, e.g., 'x days from when this process runs' so that we could set up an Interaction at some interval after a particular event.

Agreed: When adding interactions or other records in Global Change, we have to choose a specific date for fields like 'Expected date'. This is crazy for a process which can be scheduled or used as part of a standard business process. Please allow us to choose 'date this process runs' or 'today' for such dates.
