Use Default BIN path for SDK projects

In older versions of the CRM SDK, new projects would compile to your local bin folder just like any other project. This allowed developers to have a consistent location for code in progress and use VS the way it was intended.

The newer version of SDK appears to require the install location of a CRM instance whenever you create a new project then maps the compile folder there, requiring me to change it every time.

Not all of us want to instantly deploy every compile to a server, nor is it practical for every developer to install a full version of CRM on their local machine.

Please add an option so the SDK can work the way it did back in the older versions and the way every other visual studio project works by default - using the local bin folder inside of the project folder instead of requiring a CRM instance to put the folder in.
