Expand the SDK documentation for an intermediate audience.

The current SDK documentation works well from the perspective of someone new to BBEC who is attempting to learn what is possible. Once you are in the SDK, working in Visual Studio, using intellisense and Alt-F2 functionality is great for someone who is a well-seasoned developer who is familiar with the SDK. There needs to be an intermediate form of documentation, similar to MSDN, which I can reference and review. Leaning on code examples is only suitable for learning and understanding what is possible, and code examples quickly break down when I try to apply them to my own unique requirements. Have a look at MSDN or PHP for two sites that provide tools for intermediate developers. Great job, thank you for the hard work!
