After an R68 process has been submitted and Revenue records updated, it is possible for Revenue to be earmarked for a Gift Aid Refund during the next time the process is run.

If this is added in error, there is currently no method to Delete the Gift Aid Refund entry. This is a design feature to enable an audit trail for HMRC.

If the Refund has not been 'processed' through the R68 function the ability to Delete the Gift Aid refund or undo/reverse the action should be available.
