Allow for end-dating constituencies in bulk.
When end-dating a user-defined constituency via Import and Constituent Update Batch, the import duplicates the constituency, and causes the batch exception error: "Please enter a valid Constituencies." There is currently no way to end-date (or start-date or remove a date) a constituency in bulk.

This would be very helpful when trying to end date constituencies on volunteers, we often have large numbers of volunteers to update at once. Currently there is no way to do this in bulk.
With no solution on this issue (after almost 7 years at this point). It is real pain when we need to end-date thousands constancies each quarter. I really hope this is going to be fixed soon. Please ask your colleagues to vote on this item if you experience the same pain. Thank you!
This is definitely needed. We often have a need to "clean up" both user-defined and system generated constituencies in bulk fashion. Global changes exist in CRM 4.0 to Add and Delete User-Defined constituencies, but one does not exist to Edit nor do any exist for system generated constituencies (such as Prospect).
