Allow the ability to have a revenue attribute associated with a pledge not show up on the pledge payment itself

When adding a revenue attribute to a pledge, we would like for the option for that revenue attribute to not show up on the pledge payment itself (just the overall pledge). This is currently not a option.

    The same problem occurs with Recurring Gifts.  We have large numbers of irrelevant attributes being created on RG payments. In the Raiser's Edge it was possible to disable this copying from the RG to the payment (by use of a registry key, which doesn't seem like an option with a web based app like BBCRM), but it would be very useful to have a setting within the system.
