It would be very helpful to be able to be notified via email when queue processes fail in CRM. Currently, our data warehouse ETL refresh queue can fail for days before an end user notices an issue within the DW custom reports. I know this capability already exists in other Blackbaud solutions, and should be able to be implemented within CRM.

Hi Jessica, Have you investigated whether the Custom Email Alert functionality in CRM might assist with this? You should be able to query on the status of the specific business process and trigger an email alert when this fails. Refer to the Email alerts section of the Blackbaud CRM Administration Guide. Let us know if this meets your need.
