Every time I edit a queue it opens in a window that is too small for me to read the queue items.

Every time I edit a queue the first thing I have to do is to click and drag to make the window big enough to use.

Please make this form open at a usable size -- at least 50% wider and tall enough to display at least 15 entries.

This should be a really easy change to make and will require minimal testing since only the default window size is changing.
