Add the ability to do table merges

Raiser's Edge has this capability and it is very helpful. It allows you to clean up a table quickly and move those with the value to the new value.  You have the option to automatically delete the old value.

    This would be helpful in maintaining tables--especially when clubs, colleges change names or merge.
